Wellworks, Inc is a leading provider of business
relationship solutions for the health, fitness, spa and wellness industry. We
are looking for a highly motivated support representative with a passion for
helping club owners become successful by using Wellworks' complete suite of
computer and internet based business solutions.
We are a company with lots of
growth potential. While an entry-level position, this is an entry to a possible
higher level role. All support is provided via phone and email. Work is
conducted remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and
direct appropriately;
- Answer support emails;
- Provide training to new
clients so that they can set up and use the software for their business;
- Troubleshoot client issues
and report to development as needed.
The ideal candidate will
have:

Excellent computer skills, including
familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access);

The ability to learn new software easily. We
provide training, but an analytical mind and comfort with computers is key;
- Excellent phone skills and a
facility for patience with non-technical customers;
- Precise written skills,
especially needed in the detailing of technical procedures into simple
sentences;
- The ability to multi-task
and be organized;
- A friendly, and cheerful
attitude;
- An appreciation of the
start-up mentality.
Time Requirement:
- Weekend coverage of
approximately 6 hours once a month;
- Approximately 20 hours of
availability Mon-Fri from 2pm to 7pm Central (hours can be negotiable but
5-7pm M-F is not);
- Attendance at Support Desk
meetings at 1pm Central on Wednesdays (meeting time may be switched for the
right candidate);
- Personal computer and
Internet access (Skype headset will be provided for outgoing calls and cell
phone for incoming calls).
