Wellworks Online Support
Unlimited technical support is bundled into the monthly service fee for Wellworks Online,
including the following:
- Our product specialists are available during business hours in all US time
zones, either by phone or email
- Weekly Webinars on all
the key Wellworks topics
- Self Paced Video Trainings are a click away at any time day or night on
the Internet, so you can watch the system in use, pause, and then try it
yourself! Every part of the extensive Wellworks system is demonstrated
in ten easy to understand videos.
- A 250 page User Guide is accessible as pdf files from within the
application. You can click on the ? button on any form in
Wellworks Online and immediately read the User Guide section appropriate to
the task at hand.
- 20+ Quick Tours wizards quickly teach the basics of using Wellworks
Online. Each Quick Tour takes less than 5 minutes to complete, perfect
for new front desk staff to use during quiet time to get to know how to use
the new system.
- An interactive online support room is available from within the application
where you can post questions, suggestions and feature requests to our
developers
- As part of the one time set up fee Wellworks Online comes with 3 one hour
online/phone training sessions. We have found that usually that's more than
enough training. If you require more training or you hire a new employee and
would like us to train them there is a $150.00 training fee. Please ask your
trainer should you need this.
