Wellworks Support Policy & Procedure
The Wellworks
Support Desk includes a team of dedicated support consultants available
during the following hours:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(Eastern)
- Saturday and holidays**, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m. (Eastern)
Emails and phone calls will receive response
within an hour during normal support hours, within 12 hours in the evenings
during the week, and within 24 hours on
weekends and holidays. Messages
will be checked periodically over the weekends and holidays and emergency
requests will be accommodated outside of the dedicated support hours.
Support is provided in priority of receipt of request. Requests are
processed by the Support Desk in the following order:
- Requests posted from within Wellworks via the HELP / Support menu system
- Email to
support@wellworks.com
- Phone: (888) 515-3099 x199
(720-934-9128 for our international clients).
**Wellness Business Systems' offices are
completely closed on certain holidays including, but not limited to:
Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
